The PJM market consists of day-ahead and real-time markets. The real-time market is a spot market in which current LMPs are calculated at five-minute intervals based on actual grid operating conditions. This is often noted as RT LMP.
The map below shows the current real time zonal prices for the PJM regions.

How can I access current index prices?
PJM Interconnection publishes index prices on its website.
How is the nodal price determined?
Nodal pricing is a method of determining prices in which market clearing prices are calculated for a number of locations on the transmission grid called nodes. Each node represents the physical location on the transmission system where energy is injected by generators or withdrawn by loads. The price at each node represents the location value of energy, which includes the cost of the energy and the cost of delivering it.
What is the difference between the real-time and the day-ahead markets?
Suppliers can purchase power from the day ahead market to meet the following day's forecasted usage. The real-time market is a balancing market where generators bid on excess demand intraday. An energy consumer on the real-time index will pay a different rate each interval based on the winning bid. GDF SUEZ Energy Resources offers index products based on both the real-time or the day ahead markets.
